Koka Booth Amphitheater in Cary was the place to be for Triangle folk to attend the Band Together concert benefiting Urban Ministries of Wake County. The B52?S headlined the event along with local opening acts Big Something and Southern Culture on the Skids. The stars of course, being the B52?s went through a medley of their greatest hits as the triangle crowd two stepped, head bobbed, and pointed finger danced their boogie on. Party Goers were strangely cheerful as they reminisced and sung? along to their favorites and not quite remembered.

If you found space enough to walk, you probably ran into the lawn painting artists, Butterfly boy, the brewskys and the delightful evening deserts at the Crescent Cafe ran by sponsor Echelon hospitality.
