Assist our Asset Management, Market Intelligence, Portfolio Analytics, Quality, Engineering and Environmental Departments in providing overall support for the Arden Realty business initiatives. Assignments will vary, but will include tracking and analysis of real estate property metrics/financials, reviewing and evaluating leases and other real estate documents, assisting in real estate negotiations, data collection and management, market research as well as engineering-related projects both at the property and organization level. Interns will also gain exposure to related functions, such as Operations, Leasing, Environmental Health and Safety/Engineering, Asset Management, Marketing, Quality, Construction Management and Property Management.
