Title: Project Manager, New Business Opportunities

Pay Range: 50-55k per year

Job Description:

The Project Manager will have the responsibility of managing multiple new business opportunities and developing a business case around complementary internet opportunities. This position will be filled by an individual with exceptional drive and energy, who has strong project analytical skills, hands-on experience with project development and management, highly effective verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, and the organizational ability to multi task and move projects forward in a profitable manner.

This position requires internet and technical experience.

Roles: This position has the following major roles:
1. Business Case Creation and Communication ? Lead or assist with the creation of all phases of a business case (e.g. market analysis, value proposition, strategic fit, economic models and launch) to support a new initiative. Develop and write business proposals and plans.

2. Sales Analysis ? Development of sales models and coordinates sales between companies. Determine and prioritize business opportunities with internal resources.

3. Negotiation ? Support the Presidents in negotiating partnerships between existing companies.

Interactions: This position communicates with internal stakeholders, the President, as well as key members of the Executive Management Team. The Project Manager must be able to communicate across multiple levels in a broad variety of circumstances in order to be effective.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 4 year degree with an emphasis in Marketing or General Business Management.
Experience: Candidates should have experience with project or product management, budgeting, and sales. Experience in technology / SEO is a plus as is a passion for startups and entrepreneurism.
Skills: Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, superior interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; able to adjust strategies and realign priorities in a continually changing environment. Must be a ?do-er? and not just a ?delegator?, able to own and drive analysis, presentation creation, etc. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Individual must be a self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric driven entrepreneurial environment.
